Request data deletion
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Ebanguka is an internal tool for authorized Emergency Medical Services staff (paramedics and drivers). Accounts are created and managed by the medical facility or agency that employs you — the app has no public sign-up. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Contact your EMS facility administrator, or email privacy@etite.tech with your name and facility. We will verify your identity and process the request, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your profile and login credentials;
- your device push-notification token(s);
- your shift check-in / check-out selfies and attendance records;
- location history attributable to you.
What may be retained
Some records cannot be deleted on request because your employer is legally required to keep them — in particular clinical / emergency-case records and audit and employment records. These are retained in line with Rwandan health-records and data-protection law (Law No. 058/2021) and dissociated from you where feasible.
Patient data: information about patients is part of a medical record owned by the medical facility or agency. Patients are not users of this app, and their records are not deleted in response to a staff member's request.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we collect and how it is used.
